as of march 31 2008, Level Up!’s gamePerfect World launched a new server, Serpent. i decided to play again in this server and start anew since my previous characters in the two other servers (Tiger and Dragon) are both lowbies. and it would be a waste of time to try and compete with other high level characters, and the in-game economy would be a bit unfavorable for starting players.

the good thing of starting in a new server is that everybody is in equal footing. no one would go and ambush low level players since everybody is technically still low level and everybody would still be busy trying to establish their characters.

though it is a starting server, there is no guarantee that there will not be any opportunists and scammers around. they are always there as well s the notorious botters. but anyway, hopesully, it would be better dealt with in the new server. heheh. XD

as for me, i’ll try to stick with this game for as long as i could. i’m a notoriously casual player and i have a bad habit of leaving a game in the the middle out of boredom. i just hope that Perfect World would indeed be perfect for me now.
